Hello agian complaints department. Carl Lynch the same man that you took money from making phone calls on a number that i have never used and a sim card that was destroyed. i contacted vodacom to cancel all my contracts as i no longer want anything to do with the network.
and guess what the consultant told me that there has not been activity on the sim card that i was charged on, no calls have been made in a very long time and that i have even earned atleast 700 points. This obviously confused me cause that means it is clear that you made me pay R1600 for phones that I did not make on the sim card it is as good as being robbed at gun point. infact i want print outs of all the calls that i made that amounted to R1600?? and i expect an answer from you. i promise i will keep on reporting Vodacom because i am hurt and i am a very unhappy EX CUSTOMER!!!
this is not the first time many people complain about being billed incorrectly or unfarely by Vodacom. This is uncalled for.
