I hate being made a out to be and that is exactly how the Vodashop in Tygervalley has made me out to be. I am furious!! On the 09/03/2013 I went to enquire about a phones as my phone was due for an upgrade. I was assisted by Angelique who at the time seemed very friendly (wolf in sheep skin)!! She drew my attention to the Nokia 510 smartphone, I asked her if it had external memory and she said YES the SD slot was on the inside of the phone. We did all the paper work and yes I signed as I was under the impression that I was happy with the phone. The following day when I had a look now at my new phone I discoverd that there wasn't a SD slot for external memory!! I felt to and cheated (I suppose someone has to push the sales, hey). Monday the 11/03/2013 I informed her about this and told her I would like another phone and that I wasn't cancelling the contract. She told me she would find out for me if that can be done and that she would get back to me in an hour-she never did. I have been calling that store eventually I got hold of the assistant manager who lodged a complaint with they're rude customer service. I was told yester day that they would rather have UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS.
