VODACOM BILLS ME FOR NOT USING MY SIM

I have moved over to CellC in the middle of march because the calls and charges on Vodacom's contract was outrageous. Firstly i live alone just to make the speculation clear. I removed the Vodacom sim card out of my phone and happily inserted my CellC sim. I took the sim and placed it underneath my PlayStation. And there it has remained ever since. I get a statement from Vodacom charging me over R600 in march. I thought fair enough it was march's usage. I then go check on April and to my surprise i have call charges as well. I checked and Vodacom is charging me money to divert all calls to my new number. Fair enough ill switch that off. But there were 5-6 other calls made on my sim that has not seem a network in over a month now. How can that be. They now want to charge me 22 rand for itemized billing to send me a report. Over it. I want to cancel my contract due to them not keeping their end of the bargain. But THEN they will just charge me another obscene amount for cancelling. Stay away from Vodacom. They just want to milk their customers dry
