I got the reply from Vodacom and this is my respond to you:
In short you are saying to me that Vodacom will not protect their customers, and I'm liable for the charges on that number, which I have mentioned that I destroyed the Sim card on which the charges occurred.

I have heard about the same queries by some people whom the same thing happened to, by Vadacom, just never thought it would happen to me.

I have lost all faith and confidence in Vodacom, will cancel all my contracts with them and want nothing to do with vodacom, I know you probably don't care coz my monthly payments are just but a drop in the ocean to vadacom.

I WANNA DISCOURAGE ANYONE WHO WOULD WANNA DO BUSINESS WITH A NETWORK PROVIDER THAT CANNOT EVEN PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMERS, IN THIS CASE VODACOM. VERY DISAPOINTED EX CUSTOMER.

this has occurred before with a friend of mine and please note that customers are well aware that there is people within vodacom that are making use of customers inactive numbers at the end of the day the customer again must pay ridiculous amounts of money for calls we did not make!! this is nonsense!!

AGAIN. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS NETWORK
