I have take out an contract with Vodacom with the purpose to get a new phone. I destroyed the sim card and used my old sim card. Everything went fine for a year and then all of a sudden I was charged for calls made. I contacted Vodacom and explained to them that I have never used the allocated number or sim. Vodacom the number and the person confirmed that he uses the number for the past 6months. They then stopped the line, and since then we can not get hold of the person. I lodge a dispute against Vodacom to investigate. They basically told me that I had to pay, which I refuses. They have now handed me over, which is un-acceptable. Numerous phone calls later, and still no joy! I cant get any finance because of Vodacom!! The last ref was PC-ZHKG-2PDJE (1007048). You can hand me over all you want, I WILL NOT PAY SOMEBODY ELSES CALLS!!
