Terrible Service

I went into Vodacom Repair Shop at Lakeside Mall to get my screen fixed on my Samsung Galaxy SII which was cracked. I got great service while I was there. I got an SMS on 01.03 telling me that the assessment is in process. Another SMS 06.03.2013 with a claim PIN. I then went in and the phone hadn't even gone in for repairs yet on the 07.03. I left and got another SMS 07.03 saying that the job is currently in process. I have just called Vodacom today 14.03.2013 a week later and I couldn't get through the whole morning, no1 was picking up the phones. I finally got through at 14:20 and the lady that answered the phone tells me that my phone is a BER situation and I need to pick it up. I then asked her when they were planning on telling me that and if I hadn't called I wouldn't of known. SHe tells me that they do not have Cell Phones (a Vodacom Shop) and they don't have SMS's either (Vodacom Shop) they only have landlines and they can't phone and sms all their customers because they have too many phones in for repairs.
Unfortunately that is not my problem. I I hadn't gone there my phone would've never gone in for repairs. If I didn't call I wouldn't know I have to pick up my phone.
