Vodacom Repairs

I purchased a Samsung S3 phone in May 2013. I took it in for repairs to Vodacom, Lakeside Mall on the 04/07/2013, as the phone kept saying that I had no signal, no one could contact me, and every time I tried to make a call it said not registered on network. I received my phone back on the 08/07/2013, and they said that they did a software update. The very same day the phone was still doing the same thing. I returned to Vodacom, Lakeside Mall today 11/07/2013, and they said the phone must go back in for repairs. Now if they couldn't fix the problem the first time, do you think they can fix it now? I told them that I either wanted a new Samsung S3 or a different phone altogether as my phone is still brand new. They refused to accommodate me. I was then told by the consultant that I must purchase another phone and divert my calls from my Samsung to the new phone so that I will receive all my calls, this was after I told her that I have a very sick child and that it is imperative that I have a phone that works. What is the point of that. If Vodacom checked my account they will see that I am a valued customer who has NEVER defaulted, but I am treated this way. I'm fed up!!
