Fraudlent enquiry that goes in circles

I found out that I had a contract with Cell C which I did not apply for. I called the call centre and they confirmed that I had the contract. I then asked then to cancel the contract and they said they wanted to investigate. I then furnished all documentation to enable the start of the investigation and nothing happened. After a while I called again to find out what they were doing and then they said my reference number was to short, and invalid. the consultant said they froze the account. I am not a Cell c customer and I only need a letter that confirms I am a victim and i can at least register with safps to stop my identity to be further used. If my identity is doubted over the phone I am willing to drive to the offices so it can verified.
