VODACOM REPAIRS CENTURY CITY - BAD SERVICE!!!

One of my Iphone's speakers was faulty. I have given it in at Vodacom Repairs Century City on 30/12/2012. I've received it back on the 08/01/2012. At home I discovered that the "new" phone according to the shop, I've received is also faulty. When it vibrates it has a rattling sound. Yesterday 09/01/2013 I emailed and phoned the shop. The lady told me that I only have to come in to the shop and they will order me a "new" phone and I can keep this one until the "new" phone arrives. That will only take 48hours! When I come there, the queue was standing out the door. I was helped by a lady and I've told her that I want a phone there and then, because it's not my fault that the "new" phone is faulty!! I'm paying for an Iphone contract that I cannot use!!! They should've tested the phone in Jhb before they've send it to Cpt. She called the "Repairs Supervisor", Mr Omar Abrahams. He was very arrogant and only telling me it's going to take 9-14 working days to receive another phone and I have to give in that one. He is only pulling up his shoulders and tells me he can't do anything about it!! Vodacom's Hardware Auditing Assurance mean!!! I'm very unhappy the way Vodacom treated me!!!
