Good Day, I have had the worst experience with trying to upgrade my MTN contract. Its been just over 2yrs and I am due for an upgrade. I called the call centre on 083 1808 on Friday, confirm with the lady that the contract for upgrade will cost me R150 on top up 100. I wanted to make sure what the phone looks since she had no clue. She did advise that they do have it in stock and will still be available on Monday. On Monday the 11/03/2013 I called and spoke to another guy who didnt have any idea and tells me there is no stock of the phone. He confirms with Unis and tells me he was sori but there is since she reserved one for me. She was busy on another line and will contact me. She does and tells me that she didnt reserve a handset but there is stock and continued with the upgrade. All info was confirmed and I would receive the handset in 7 working days. In the process of reading the T&C's I asked her to hold on and she put the phone down. I called back, Rulani confirmed the upgrade had been processed. 14/03/2013 Upgrde had been cancelled and no info had been given to me. Lungi said she is not aware of the R150 for the 9380 100 top up as they dont have such contracts. Wat is up?
