We moved a rented printer collected in Jhb and delivered to Acornhoek. The parcel was prepared for collection according to the courier guy specification. The parcel was sent to the Hoedspruit Kiosk and 2 weeks after collection. when the parcel landed in Hoedspruit, we were instructed from Jhb to Hoedspruit and asked if we can collect from the Kiosk after asking for a door to door delivery. How do we then get expected to collect from Hoedspruit? The delivery was redirected to our offices and the product was damaged. it has been a month of calls to head office. The call center staff and the emails Janet, Chanel, Marco, Francois, Lerato, Tebogo all the listed above were contacted and no response. Tebogo Mathela was so rude it took hours of calls to talk to him eventually had to return the call to swithchboard.
