I had an arrangement with Brooks & Luyt with a repayment plan. I monthly paid it and got monthly smse payment arrangement in place thanks for payment received.
Then I saw an judgement was logged I never signed anything or got an email to warn legal steps will be taken. But... I paid my arrangement as discussed from beginning. Now I paid up the account struggle to get letter they don't answer emails. Need letter from them that state judgement case nr and my idnr. I feel they wrongly put a judgement againt me and need to rectify from there side. as it was covid and i explained we didnt have any income but still paid my arrangement. Nothing on itc is updated yet as lady said she will send updated list to me. As I adked Really pathetic service. The banks letter doesn't even have my idnr or case nr on for settlement.
