At the beginning of August I requested my upgrade be processed 30 days earlier due to problems I am having with my current handset. Upgrage date is 31 August. They refused to assist with this request - even after I asked them to just make the new contract 1 month longer, or even if I have to pay something in.

On the 13th I called to find out if stock will be available on the day of upgrade, and the lady said that there was currently no stock, but could process the upgrade earlier in order to secure stock. I asked her to proceed.

On 21 August I called to find out when delivery was going to happen, to arrange the relevant procedures for taking delivery on the day. I was told that no date could be provided, but it would only be a week after the delivery date - so around 7 September.

So you cant help me earlier, or even on the actual date, but only later than the upgrade date you provided me with...

I have subsequently cancelled the upgrade, and requested the contract settlement amount to cancel the contract. I will be cancelling my other contract as well. I have been with autopage for 20 years between these 2 contracts.

I will move to a company that gives good service!
