I hope this email finds you well.
firstly I would like to apologize that Piet & Elizabeth have found
that the standard of our place does match their levels or does not
meet their expectations.
Nevertheless that does not give them the right to sabotage our business.
1.I personally called them around 12h00 to confirm if they are still
coming to check in they agreed.( My reason for doing this was because
there was some people who need accommodation and we were fully booked)
2.I asked them about the special dietary requirements as we have to
prepare the meals, they indicated that they eat everything except
pork.
3.They arrived around 13h00 they checked in.
from there they went to the rooms. after a while they went out with
the keys without saying a word.
At 17h15 they came back and hand over the keys to the receptionist and
told him that they are leaving because they are not happy. There was
nothing specific which they have indicated.
If there was something they were not happy with, it would have been
fair enough to tell us on arrival as they saw the place and also went
into the rooms.
After that they should have given the keys back because they are not staying.
By that time we have already cooked
Again we have turned back other customers who were looking for accommodation.
They kept the keys for four hours which means the rooms are theirs and
we cannot sell somebody's room.
We went to check the conditions of the rooms in room C4 occupied by
Piet Tshelane the bed was used as the sheets have shrinked.
Based on the above we need payment for one day from each of them.
