On the 18/6/2013 I received an email from Vodacom regarding exclisuve June deals. The offer states that if i upgrade online that the upgrade fee of R150 would be waivered as well as I would receive next day delivery subject to stock availability.

On Monday the 1/7/2013, I called the Vodacom upgrade service and and the consultant assisted me with the online upgrade. My customer order number is U503844. I was told that there was sufficient stock of the handset that I upgraded to and that I can expect delivery soon.

Today, 3/7/2013 I called 0821959 to follow up on the delivery status and the operator voice stated that my delivery would only take place on the 16 July 2013. When, subsequently speaking to the Vodacom consultant, I was told that that Vodacom doesn't offer next day delivery and if anything it would take between 7 - 14 working days.

As a Vodacom customer I am very dissappointed and am considering changing networks if I do not receive my Handset delivered to me soon.
