Not keeping to service delivery promise

I just spoke Princess? at Vodacom's Upgrade Department. I did an upgrade today online and queried the progress of the application with her. Apparently they did not have stock of the handset and would only be able to deliver around 18/09; 3 - 7 days after they received stock on 11/09. Their site promises next day delvery but because they do not have stock, turn around goes to 3 - 7 working days after this? AFTER holding a while, the warehouse says that they do actually have stock and I will be taking delivery 10 or 11/09 as I have already been invoiced - miraculous! Is this it Vodacom, all this incovnenience is not worth saving R150 on upgrade fee???
