Vodacom Festival Mall Refuses to help their Client

On 13.03.2013 myself and a friend residing 100km from the store phoned them to find out if they had stock of the Samsung Tab 2, which Attie the sales consultant then informed us that they do. We wanted to take out a contract with them and asked Attie to send us all the appropriate documents. My friend was Approved on 11.03.2013 for the Tablet on a portfolio 500, but sadly the previous branch was out of stock. that was the innitail reason for phoning the Kempton branch. we sent through all the documents to Attie via email and asked him to get everything rady so that if we get there we can just sign and not waste time. upon arrival Attie informed us that my friend does not qualify for the tablet as she is a Portfolio 400. How do you drop in 2 days time? After spending nearly an hour trying to practically beg him to error the creditvet and resubmit, he just refused to help and said there is nothing he can do. Lucky for us there was another branch in Festival mall whom had stock. Upon doing the creditvet with them, my friend then got aproved on a portfolio 500??? Can Vodacom festival mall please explain how this is possible! I guess we can complain about the service, as there was NONE
