I signed a new contract for a Sam sung Galaxy Tablet more than a week ago. The salesgirl that assisted me told me that she would let me now within 3 to 4 days (that is how long it would take for them to get stock) She never got back to me and after 6 days I phoned to find out what is going on, Once again they promised to get back to me. Eventually on Saturday afternoon (day 7) we went to the mall to go and see what is going on. Then I was told they still have no stock and they cant get stock from another branch they have to wait for stock from Johannesburg. This is BAD SERVICE!!!
