Kindly respond back to the feedback from festival Mall Branch as soon as possible.
I am prepared to go the Beeld to complain regarding the bad service I have received regarding my cell phone.
I would like customers to know that Festival Mall Branch is quick on selling contract's to customers however their after service.
I am not prepared to take a refurbish cellphone which is in a worse condition than my cell phone handed in on the 25th of November 2013.
I've handed in a brand new phone, which is white with a pouch, however received a black phone which memory slot is damaged, which stop working after 3 weeks and without a pouch.
I am with MTN since the day cell phones came on the market and it was the first time I experienced bad service because all the previous time I was dealing with the Boksburg East Rand Mall Branch and not the Kempton Park Festival Mall Branch.
I urgently requires feedback regarding my cell phone.
