2013/10/22. I called the store to enquire about a claim and aske Attie to take my reference number from the insurance and look into it in the meantime. as I wanted to know what phone I could get from my claim also the availability of a phone as I am stuck with out one.
He insisted that he couldn't do that and needed to call the insurer. My argument is surely you can call them using my reference number provided? This is not rocket science.

He was uncooperative and Rude. since changing from pre-paid to contract I have had endless problems and all done through this same store. How many times can one store be incompetent and offer such poor service.

These people are not trained accordingly and just have a poor attitude!
