I am an existing MTN contract holder for over 4 years now. Monday the 14th of May 2013- I contacted the Branch in Festival mall in order to find out if the New Samsung S4 is there since i would like to upgrade. Lungile - one of the staff members there took my number and said she will return my call if there is any stock. she phoned back once only after i phoned back again, but said she is still waiting for stock. from Tuesday to Saturday daily i phoned them still no stock, she wanted to sell other phones to me but i want the Samsung S4- so today 18/5/2013. i phoned her again and there was still no stock but also no feedback. So i decided to to call CELL C- and monday im going to go and move my account over to them. Mtn loosing a client- Very unhappy with the whole ordeal- And please note: its not Lungile's fault. She was the one waiting for stock- so please its nothing to do with her.. she can only do as much
