Not Treating Customers Fairly

My handset (a Blackberry Bold 9900, still within its contract warranty) fell in December and the phone died and the face was damaged. I took it to the Vodacom Chatz in Festival Mall and the guy told me that the warranty will not cover it as the phone fell and I will have to pay myself to get it fixed. I had no problem with that and I paid the R1100 in cash when the phone was returned to me in January. When I got home and inserted the sim card I noticed that the phone had no network coverage. I then took it to the Vodacom shop here in Absa Towers and they sent it to the repair centre. The technicians there said that the reason why the phone has no network coverage is due to the fact that the phone was taken (by the Festival Mall Vodacom) to some unauthorised repairers and they used the wrong screws (I still have the report to that effect). As a result, the warranty will not cover it. The repair centre call centre people advised me to take the phone back to the Festival Mall Vodacom and they should sort it out. When I went there (Festival Mall Vodacom), the same guy tells me that it's not their fault that the network coverage is not there (contradicting the repair centre report) and
