Backorder from a week to nearly a month

I upgraded one of my 4 contracts at Vodacom on 07/11/2013 at Festival mall. I took the Galaxy Note and Gear bundle. They did not have stock of the Gear yet, but promised that they would get it to me in that week!
I decided to take the contract out because I would only have to wait a few days for the Gear. It has been almost a month since then.

I have been phoning every second or third day to follow up, and every time I phone I am assured that they will get it either later that day or the next day. It is the same story every time. They also promise to phone me back but no one ever does.

I am contemplating cancelling all 4 of my Vodacom contracts and going to another service provider as now I am paying for an upgrade that I have not received all the items of. I don't think that is fair!

Now they ask me if they can give me a orange Gear because that is the only ones they ordered.

When I went for the upgrade, I ASKED for a black one and the sales person said that it is FINE!!!

I am beyond angry and frustrated with Vodacom!!!
