I have a Iphone. I received an account of R5000 in Nov2012. I quired it cause I did not do anything different from previous months and have never received a bill like that! After investigation they said I have to pay it, it was maybe icloud but could not give me details of what I have downloaded. I phone the call centre to put a block/cap on my data and they said they have done it. This month Mar2013 I get another account of R3000??? Again data??? This is unacceptable and I can't afford an account like that. I want to move to any other service provider and will report this to the National Consumer Commission! None of my friends at MTN have this problem!!!
