22/02/2013 we bought the Nokia internet stick CS-19 from Cell C and worked fine for about 1 and half weeks. When the modem started to give us problems we took it back to the Cell C branch in Cape Gate and after nearley being at the store for 4hours Cell C couldn't get it to work. At first they refused to replace the modem and eventually the only person that at least tried to help us was Linda. Eventually the modem was replaced and it still does not work. Extremely dispointed with service offered by Cell C, thank you Linda for assisting us
