Hi all. Thought hello peter should know about the bad services/response i am having from Vodacom. No one in Vodacom can explain why my data bill is so high on my iphone. Every month my bill gets more and more even though my data is off. I have spoken to a number of call agents yet no help. The Vodacom in my town were meant to have activated my monthly data which i thought was on but wasn't. When i refuse to pay as there is a dispute in question, they block my line which is my business line. I am so sick of waiting for someone to get back to me that my next step is to get a lawyer or the consumer act involved. Perhaps going to the press will also get their attention.
Can anyone with an iphone help me as Vodacom says i used 1.6gigs of data in June when all my data, updates and everything else was off
Thanks for nothing Vodacom. I will be moving all four my contracts when they expire
