Dear Sir / Madam, I received an account from vodacom on a data card for approx R5000 last month. I have just received yet another account for approx R5000 this month. I now owe Vodacom some R10, 000 I chatted to my daughter who used the data bundle the whole year whilst studying in Pretoria. She assures me she has not used this card excessively. In fact, in November, she used it once. She has said that she battled to get on line and stay on-line. I believe this card has been cloned. I contacted Vodacom now and asked for the number concerned to be blocked. The lady helping me block this number said that she can refer me to Vodacom's technical department to perform an investigation but there are no guarantees. Vodacom, having been a long standing customer of yours I cannot believe I am being treated like this... am I expected to pay this bill? Even though we deny using this data card up to rake up this amount of debt!!!
