2 weeks back I recieved an email advising me of the new special with the Blackberry Z10. I completed the relevant info and was advised that a consultant would call me back shortly. No correspondence recieved since the initial application. This morning I call the Vodashop @ Clearwater and was advised that they do not have that special available as it was an online marketing package. So I call Vodacom directly and was transferred twice. Then eventually to an automated response playing music.
What does a person have to do to get service from you?
I've been a long standing customer with you guys and never missed a payment EVER.
Is this how you reward your loyal customers?
