Vodacom offer a special on the Samsung Galaxy s3 LTE. I applied online for this deal on the 11th Jan. The response from the website is that someone from the call centre would contact me shortly. On the 14th Jan, I re-apply for this offer and the website says the same thing, that someone would contact me shortly. The website still asks me to fill out a client satisfaction survey. At which point I mention my disappointment in Vodacom's lack of getting back to me. Today 15th Jan, I have requested this deal once again. I wonder if Vodacom will get back to me. Clearly business is booming and Vodacom don't need me as a subscriber.

I do however wonder why they have an online ordering system when nobody handles these request?

I email them my complaint, the complaints department takes 24 hours to get back to me inform me that someone will call be back. 48 hours later I am still wait.
