Ineffective & disappointing Blackberry Z10 special

It's been days filling in the online forms (few times) to order a Blackberry Z10 on Vodacom Launch special.
I have not received a call as promised (call centre agent will call SHORTLY) nor an email acknowledging receipt of my order.

It's very disappointing because I initially tried to order this at my nearest Vodacom branch before I saw the special.

Here's my solution:
My Rosebank Mall branch has a fantastic, dedicated and very efficient team, I could walk in there to order a white Blackberry Z10 handset but expect it on the online terms:
1. It must be R399 per month saving me R252
2. Must come with FREE Blackberry Z10 Flip Shell, an HDMI Cable, a Premium Car Charger (all worth R400)
3. FREE Unlimited BBM text
4. A white handset
5. Price plan - on Family Top Up option.

Question: why advertise and make empty promises if ou can't deliver? I am hugely disappointed!

Failing which, cancel Vodacom as my family service provider - there's MTN, Cell C as an option.
