Poor Cust Serv Deal Declined with various reasons?

I phoned Vodacom direct this morning to enquire about a contract deal of R299 for a Laptop & Samsung Galaxy. I then enquired how to apply for the contract and the gentleman (Joy from vodacom direct offices) who helped me advised me that he will complete all my details on the application request and then could tell me if the deal was approved or not.
We completed all the info and Joy advised me that the deal was declined due to a default on my payment profile. I advised him that I am not in arrears with any of my accounts and who to contact to rectify the position - Joy then advised me to call Experian directly to find out what the default was for and then to call him back once I have feedback.

So I called experian and even got a copy of my profile and it said that my payment profile was intact and no problems and I even got a copy of the report.

I phoned Joy back and he advised that he has updated my request and has sent it for a review and will contact me once the outcome is there, he told me that the deal is approved in principle, but will have to wait wat the review department says as there is clearly no default on my profile.
