I applied for a loan at Capfin on Thursday the 08-01-2013 and recieved a call from a consultant and provided all my details. I was advised that I qualified for R7000 and need to wait for an sms confirming the payment. I called them later the same day and I was told that they are still processing the application (the whole day). At 6pm I recieved an sms from them informing me that they tried to contact me to process my application and will contact me again soon but, I did not get any missed call from them. I then called their call centre but, the voice machine said their operating hours is from 8 to 5 which was strange because they sms'ed me at 6pm. I called them the next day morning to follow up and was informed that they are still processing the application and should wait for the sms. I called them again before 5 to check how far the process is and was advised that another agent is working on my application and will recieved the sms shortly but, nothing. At 6pm I recieved another sms saying they tried to contact me to process my application and they will be contact soon. I realized it was an automated message and they never tried to call me. Very poor service, I need help pls!
