When I opened my contract with vodacom, the contract stated R350 a month and then I receive free minutes and small amount of data. Every month I receive a bill of R900, because now there is extras coming on the bill. I have tried to block my account and swithed of my phone, but still my account stays at R900. I want to cancel my contract and dont tell my that I cant< because there is always a way to get out off contract, even if I have to speak to my advocate. I think vodacom is a bad service provider, that is ripping people of!!!
