UNBELIEVABLE BAD SERVICE: VODACOM

I am a Single parent: when changed my contract 2 yrs ago to a Blackberry I requested consultant to MATCH my previous contract billing. My telephone bill went up from? R350 to R800 - R1000.00 pm thereafter. I believe the consultant misinformed me of package & didnt match it. I requested to put a "block" phone when amount gets to R350 pm. Vodacom stated that although I pay my BIS (R60) upfront for the month, they would then need to cut it off when my calls reach R350 pm

I've gone to Vodacom (Nelspruit, Tableview) branches; waited for long periods on their call centre phone; queried my accounts and after 6 months still have not had any feedback or success. After seeing Triple debit orders on my account of same amounts I queried it with Vodacom, but no-one has been able to give me an answer. I eventually got a pay as you go 3 months ago / have'nt since used my number or vodacom contract. 19.06.13 I receive an email legal letter stating final demand for R 3, 431.85. I am totally taken aback of the service, difficulty in getting hold of anyone who can assist in my query and refuse to pay until I know what is going on!
