Extremely High Data Charges

Good Day, My name is Veeshan Naicker.

Vodacom have charged me extremely high data charges (In excess of R1000). I receive 100mb as per my contract. In total I have 3 numbers on 1 contract and pay an average of R900 every month. I use at maximum 400mb every month. My latest bill was R2200.00. upon querying the extremely high bill the consultant at vodacom was unable to explain the high cost. She mentioned that out of bundle rates are R2.00/mb. Doing the math, this means that I should have been charged at maximum R600.00 for my extra data usage. I have received NO help whatsoever with regard to the matter. She (consultant) was unable to explain the high figure. The money has alreday been debited from my account. In summary, I normally pay R900 per month for my contract. My latest bill was R2200.00 and I cannot account for the R1300 difference. I need help urgently and would like to rectify this issue before I lose more money. I view my statements and invoices online and can provide sufficient evidence or proof of the high costs.
