UNEXPLAINED DATA USAGE BILL

I have had the contract for 4 months amd the bill amount for the first month was approx R370 which consisted of extra data usage and phone calls etc. In spite of of using the phone even more sparingly over the next months as my bill was way over my original R200 mark my data usage keeps on increasing by R200 a month!!! my final bill was R900 a month using approx R500 woth of data above my free 100MB per month. I use the phone for whats app and VERY LIMITED internet usage on opera mini which decreases data usage aswell and yet my bill increases rapidly every month. This is unacceptable!!! I am not an and all automatic update services have been turned off from day 1, all aplication services and updates have been used via wifi which is a minimal amout anyway. Vodacom also refuse to let me cap the account for the 1st ^ months, probaly so they can one of money and unexplained data usage while they still have the chance.!!! i will never use vodacom ever again and will communicate my negative experiences with everybody i know as to prevent anyone else from suffering the same struggles.
