Incopetence at its best for such big company!

I upgraded to Nokia N8 in October 2011. This phone has been in and out of Eastgate Vodacare repairs for freezing problem. Imei 357919040800922. Current job no.8667098. It takes no less than 7 days for the phone to be back from repairs at all instances. I travel about 100km to and fro the nearest Vodacare each time the phone freezes. I loose all the info&data on my phone every time sent for repairs. On the 5th time I lodged a complaint at Vodacom head office; I was told that there is no problem with the phone, and that a phone is replaced is when it has a problem that cannot be fixed, and that my phone will be marked my for urgent attention as it's been in for repairs on numerous occasions. This time it froze and didn't reboot itself in two days' time, I took it for repairs for the 7th time now. I sent complaint email to escalations, ref no. EC-ZHN7-2ETLD3 only. How many times do I have to go through this inconvenience, the extra time and money spent trying to fix this problem? The issue started when the phone was 3months old, why was it not replaced? I pay lots of money for this contract monthly for such phone and service. I'm sick and tired this is incompetence at its best!
