Failure to repair fone until out of warranty

My N8 Nokia started freezing during first 3 months of purchase. Imei 357919040800922. Since then fone has gone back 8 times. On the 7 time I complained on numerous email without response. I resorted to hellopeter, Thato from repairs called advising that If I experience the same problem again, I should book the fone in for repairs and give him the job no. to send the fone for supplier assessment. Phone freezes the 8th time, 3 days before its out of warranty date. I did as was advised, after 3 days I get sms to collect the unit..

I emailed repairs requesting report back from supplier assessment. Boitumelo from repairs advised that I rebook the phone in and give her job number so the fone can be sent to supplier, that I did! In 3days I get an sms to collect the unit. I sent so many emails to repairs requesting report back from assesment by supplier. Phone was again not sent for assesment, no response, just silence!
After ALL the effort, minding that I live far away from Eastgate Repair Centre I am stuck with a faulty fone that will cost me double its price for repairs. The repair part of vodacom is pathetic!!! I will never buy from this incompetent SP again.
