I obtained a Samsung S5360 on contract from 8ta on the 17th April 2012. From the 4th month the phone started switching itself off on a regular basis, and I returned the phone (24 August '12) for repairs. Repairs took 3 weeks. When I got it back, the phone was still doing the same, and I returned it a second time (26 Sept '12). Problem still not fixed. Returned it a 3rd time (25 Oct '12). Brenda (Shop Manager) told me that if the phone comes back for the 4th time, they normally exchange it. Phone came back, still problematic. I returned it for a 4th time (11 Nov '12), hoping to get a replacement, but they sent it in for repairs again. Phone came back, again, same problem. 7 Dec '12 was the 5th time I took it back. Brenda said she couldn't get hold of the cellphone company in order to arrange for a new phone, so the phone went in for repairs AGAIN! Got the phone back, and you guessed it, still not working properly. I took the phone in for repairs on 5 Feb '13. Brenda then tried to give me Head office's number, and told me to contact them. She doesn't want to take responsibility for the problem. Very bad managerial skills!
