Phone badly damaged after repairs - 4th Time

I picked my phone up at Eastgate after taking it for the 4th time for repairs.
The only problem with the phone was that it was not charging. The phone was in perfect condition until I took it home yesterday

A florescent blue light is emanating from the keypad which leads to the battery dying every 2 hours. The handset keeps freezing, BBM and most of my other applications are not working properly.

I have had this contract for approximately 10 months... for which almost half the time the phone spent in repairs.

I have been driving up and down to Eastgate which is almost 40kms away from home, not to mention all those countless calls i made to Vodacom. Will they even think of reimbursing me, possibly lending me a courtesy phone... of cos not, they just want their monthly payment.. for which might I add has never been missed.

Each time i took my phone in to Vodacom for repairs I was promised the phone would be repaired in 7 working days, it always took more than 3 weeks to fix!

I want Vodacom to CALL me, apologise for all the misery they have caused, and come up with an efficient plan to help me.

I wish i had gone with Cell C instead.
