Towards month end of May 2013 upgraded to the BB Z10. Took the phone and few hours later it went off, put it in a charger & it never switched on. Took it back the following day & I was told to wait for a week or so. It went to Cresta for repairs. 7 days later I got a new one, I was not told what the problem was. Came July the 18th, the phone went off & could not switch on. The following day took it to the nearest Vodacare in Westgate, it was booked in for repairs. Got few updates that its been given attention, but for such a long time now. Today I'm told it went for advanced repairs at Vodaworld & I should wait for 14-21
Days. The sad part is that their monthly contribution is debited with no fail but I'm phone less. I don't want the Z10 anymore. They better offer me a Q10 or something better for the amount I pay. If possible cancel the contract.
