I am on contract with Vodacom I went to Alberton Vodacare for assistance with accessing internet on Friday (01/03/2013) using Nokia Luminia 800, they did a Software Upgrade i still could not access internet, Saturday (02) they suggested SIM SWOP which i did after 3 hour waiting period I could not make outgoing calls the error massage is "the service you are trying to reach is not available contact Vodacom". I called the call center Saturday and Sunday none of the agents assisted as they were saying my line is active nothing is wrong on their system. I went back Monday (04) to Vodacare they said SIM was faulty & exchange with the new one still i couldnot make outgoing calls nor access internet. I went back Tuesday (05) they said SIM was faulty & no assistance i got. I called Call Center which they logged a Service Query which i was notified by SMS that I will receive SMS when query has been attended to. Thursday I called the Call Center the agent told me the Service Query was closed whereas i did not receive SMS nor the problem resolved. I put it on another phone still I can't make outgoing calls nor access internet.
