I purchased a new Blackberry Bold as a contract upgrade in April 2013 at Vodacom Somerset Mall and since then I had to book the phone in for a third time now because it does not work properly. At first I could not access the media files as they would open one day and then refuse to open the next.. I went in for repairs. About a month later I started having problems with my signal. It showed SOS in the signal box and refused all incoming and outgoing calls, I could not what's app or access the internet. I took the phone in to Vodacare again. I received it back about 2weeks later. They said it was a software problem which they resolved and that the phone otherwise had no problems. I drove home and was in the middle of a call when once again I got cut off and sos reflected. I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for many many years. I HAVE LOST ALL CONFIDENCE IN THIS HANDSET AND NOW WANT A NEW HANDSET AS REPLACEMENT. My contract is 4 months old and I feel that I have been paying for a phone which has given me more problems than pleasure. A refund is not a option to me. The phone I currently booked in for assessment for a third time. I AM VERY UNHAPPY!!
