Left stranded after cell number port!!!

I've ported my Cell C number to Vodacom on Saturday, the 6th. I was told by the agent that the port would take 24-48 hours after which I would be able to access the internet as well. Today, on the 10 th I am still unable to make or receive calls and to send or receive messages and to access internet. I am basically cut off from the world, and clients and colleagues are unable to reach me on my cell since I use the ported number for work purposes as well. I did phone the Vodacom call centre on Monday and the agent promised to return my call but never did. Today I called the Vodacom shop in Cresta and the same thing happened, I explained my problem, was told that my call would be returned until this hour. I am seriously considering cancelling this contract with Vodacom because I am not receiving assistance- please help!!!
