On 16/01/2013 I logged query as to why I cannot access my internet, Abdul assisted and initially was very helpful but matter was not resolved on that call. Abdul then informed me that he will phone back the next day with a resolution. Two days past yet no feedback was given then that Saturday 19/01/2013 I went to a 8ta branch where I was told they cannot assist me I must phone in myself which I did and I was told it takes 72 working hours to be finalised meaning the Monday I should receive feedback. That did not happen, so I phoned back Tuesday 22/01/2013 spoke to Mbali who only excalated my matter. Finally 23/01/2013 received a call the technician, who then informed me that laptop and dongle are working however my sim card might be ceased. I phoned in that same day again and once again Abdull assisted me and told me that is the case that my sim card is ceased and that is the reason why I cannot access the internet. Matter was then alleged escalated but to date I still have not received feedback and still cannot access my internet.
After five calls from my private line and almost 46minutes still my matter has not been resolved... how can I continue with this relationship.
