Unresolved query - PC-ZHY7-2JEUDV (1129442)

My original query dated 2 July 2013 is still unresolved:
"I tried to buy airtime on the Vodacom website yesterday. The money was deducted from my bank account but I haven't received the airtime yet. I called the call centre and was advised that I must send a service request via fax. I do not have access to a fax machine, so I was advised that I must go to a library. A COMMUNICATIONS company wanted me to send a FAX in 2013!!! Anyway, I managed to send the fax after great trouble, only to be called by Vodacom this morning asking for my account number because they see I want to update my banking details. I was perplexed! After explaining my situation again, the lady asked me why I sent them a fax!!!
The matter is still unresolved. I need the airtime so that I can convert it to data. I need internet access to do my job. So, this is the second day I'm unproductive because I can not to my job properly without internet access."
The only communication I had from Vodacom since 2 July is to inform me that I must email them proof of payment, because they can not find the fax I sent. After all the trouble I had to go through to send it!!
