8ta data service deteriorates, VERY DISAPPOINTED

I moved over to 8ta data internet in december 2012 from cell C, initially the service was excellent, the call center was extremely fast and proficient, the speed of my internet was very good, 3 weeks ago i started having problems with the speed and the internet start to cut off, i contacted 8ta and they mentioned that they were having a problem, i understood that and awaited for it to be resolved, the problem was resolved, however the speed of my internet went worse, i could not even use skype to do voice calls and video calling, i then called the company again and laid a query which i was told will be resolved in 72 hours, this was done on 13/02/2013, i did get a reference number for this query, when i called 8ta on the 16/02/2013 again, i was assisted by the technical department, who escalated my query, as of today the 19/02/2013, nothing has been done and the problem worsens, when i tried contacting the call center, i was cut off on 4 occasions, now i am left with a bundle, where i get very slow speeds and cut off all the time, and no assistance from 8ta, this is very very disappointing for a new network. i hope there will be some change from henceforth!!!
