Very bad or No Internet Service

Pathetic! Summed up in one word, from your lack of internet service to your people handling calls in you r call centers. Devon just informed me that his alarm went of and can't help me further, someone else will contact me wrt my service query logged. Oh and by the way, the end date of my query is 16 Jan and if no one has called me by then I must call back on 082155! I want my internet contract cancelled. I have a business to run and can't keep on restarting my computer every 20 min cause you keep on dropping the internet signal. I have called before, was taken through various steps on all occasions to see if my settings are correct, just to experience the same problem again. I am connected to your service but have no internet access. You are in breach of contract as you are not supplying me with a service. Please do me and yourselves a favor and CANCEL my contract. My service query no is S3-SE623-3V4YH. All relevant doc's have been handed to your service centre in Somerset West. I can not work with an unreliable service provider. Your service is just bad on all levels in my experience, even logging the query at your branch was a bad experience. Waited for an hour to be served.
