Obtaining a copy of my mobile statement proved to be one of a challenge. After having trouble logging in to Vodacom's website since Monday, I sent an email with my concerns. I also had the priviledge of speaking to 3 of the call centre operators. It is clear that there is a serious training/attitute problem in Vodacom. And their systems being down completely today is not helping. So... I am still without a copy of my statement, and I don't see anything happening soon. This will be my last contract with Vodacom.
