No further assistance after complaint was made

Beginning of the month a saw a debit order with a reference number with Vodacom at the end. I phone Vodacom and it appeared that someone opened a contract under my name. I was told that they would soft lock the contract and investigate further.
I received the following ref # S3-T3Y3W-W1K41.
I was asked to fax them a copy of a bank statement and a copy of my ID.
No further feedback was received. I do not have a Vodacom number to phone again so I sent a email last week and I have not gotten a reply from them
